1. What is Personal Data?

Accordingly, your name, surname, date of birth, identity number, company title, tax office and tax number, e-mail address, telephone number and similar information you share with us are called personal data.

2. What is the purpose and basis of processing your personal data?

KVKK Article 7/f.1. Pursuant to the provision of this provision, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by us when the purpose for which your personal data is to be processed ceases to exist and/or when the legal periods for which we are obliged to keep your data in accordance with the relevant legislation expire.
6. What are your rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Law?
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, to the extent that your personal data is processed by BVER.STORE as a data controller;
o find out whether any of your personal data has been processed;
o request information regarding the processing activities of your personal data;
o learn the purposes of processing your personal data;
o to learn from third parties in case personal data has been transferred to third parties in the country or abroad;
o request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed;
o request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear;
o requesting the deletion and correction processes to be notified to third parties that the data has been transferred;
o object to adverse results that may arise as a result of processing personal data through automated systems; and
o If you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand compensation for this damage.
Your requests in your application will be finalized as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
